How It Works

The Diazo Sensitizer is mixed into the Photo Emulsion to create a light-sensitive coating. The sensitised emulsion is then applied to a screen and allowed to dry in darkness. After drying, artwork printed onto a transparency is placed on the screen and exposed to light. The exposed emulsion hardens, while unexposed areas wash away, creating a stencil ready for printing.

Storage & Handling
